Nahalenya, or Lenya to her friends, was sent forth from her home years ago to study magic at the University. Finding it too difficult to stand out as much as she did, she found a way to lead a double life. While her time has been rich with learning, she must soon graduate and begin her journey home – something that will take a lot longer than she could ever suspect.
This is only the first story of Halflight, a place where tales like this can be told, long and short, happy and sad, as if around a campfire past the end of the world and outside of time.
What if your every choice defined Destiny? Who would you be? Who would you become? Rory Perkins is one such rare human being. When she sets out to catch fireflies one evening, little does she know her curiosity will cause her to leave her own world behind forever, journeying into that Infinite Spiral of realities.
Transformed by the magic of a white haired man she’s never met, Rory winds up several worlds beyond her own. She finds companions in two boys descended from a lost race called the Named Ones, James Hartwell, a lonely boy with a forgotten past, and his brother-in-Name, Christian Rafferty, a charming trouble maker.
The three are hated by humans for using magic, hunted by a cult called the Wisen, and supported by mysterious time travelers. However, Rory, James and Christian are determined to make their way through the Infinite Spiral to find out the truth about who they are and the destiny ahead of them.
"A Redtail’s Dream" is a webcomic telling the tale of a young man and his dog on a very much involuntary journey on the other side of the Bird’s Path, in an artificially created dream existence. As the only ones aware of their unusual situation, the duo has been given the task of bringing their fellow villagers back into their own reality before their souls are passed on to the realms of Tuonela. And the two are attempting to do so with zero enthusiasm.
Are you a woman who creates comics? Would you like to be included in the Women in Comics Wiki but do not wish to add yourself (which is allowed provided the tone remains factual and neutral)? Or are you already on there but want to make sure we have the best information?
I’ve put together a handy questionnaire to get your basics for your entry ready. I make no promises on when exactly your page will be published, but at least I will have the info on hand. All questions, except for Professional Name and Notable Works, are optional, so give as much or as little detail as you wish!

Sticky Comics is my (mostly) humorous bunch of random drawings, scrawlings, and comics. (If you Google “sticky comics”, you will find there’s an erotic comic series called “Sticky”, but unfortunately, that’s not my work.)…Cartooning makes me laugh, which is one of my favorite things to do ever.
WELCOME! This blog is a personal project I started in August 2011 with the goal of drawing and posting an illustrated status message a day - I haven’t stopped since. Every weekday morning, I get up, draw a cartoon, and post whatever I can manage to get done before going to work. I began cartooning daily to let go of perfection and figure out if I had anything to say. What I’ve learned in the process is that we all do. What’s your status message today?

JOE! is a sarcastic and mischievous 10-year-old, known among his loved ones for being the lil’ brat in their lives. Whether he’s with family, friends, or at school, Joe frequently finds his way into trouble. He usually has a smart-aleck response to get him back out of it, but that doesn’t always work. This kid is definitely the poster child of punishment.
This comic provides an amusing look at the world through the eyes of one of its future citizens. Each strip is combined with imaginatively-exploited everyday storylines, which makes for a memorable read. Joe along with his family and friends, welcomes you to his world, in the hope of inspiring yours.

Rosie is forlorn when she and her mother leave the suburbs of Boston for Maine, uprooting her social life and disrupting her last year of high school. Understandably, she believes it is the end of the world and she is doomed to waste away in the boondocks.
But, unfortunately for her, small town life isn’t nearly as dull as she feared.
Rosie finds herself facing a fate forced upon her by events long past: she must discover the truth behind tragic events buried in the history of her new home and bring a man’s spirit to rest. She digs into the past to uncover secrets about her town, all the while handling the trials and tribulations of being an idealistic young woman growing up in an era of great change.
It is October of 1943. World War II looms darkly over the nation’s head, and like many families, Rosie and her mother are left to fend for themselves while her father and brother are away in the military. Rosie is making plans to attend nursing school after graduation, determined to pull her own weight, and even in the little town of Kennebunk, the enemy isn’t as far away as one might think.
