Catwoman #8, art by Adriana Melo
Catwoman has a new running buddy named Spark, and together, they’re taking Gotham City – literally! And when these two thieves team up, it’s twice the haul and twice the trouble. Electricity is in the air…

Catwoman #7, pencilled by Adriana Melo, inked by Mariah Benes
In the wake of her run-in with Batman and the loss of someone very dear to her, Catwoman turns over a new leaf. With a new attitude, a new partner and a new game plan, she embarks on a new journey: She’s stealing hot cars. The competition isn’t too happy about it, and the Gotham PD are that much closer to nailing her. There’s only one way out: Drive really, really fast.
It’s true that some more female creators are coming aboard but I would still like to see lots more (along with POC and lgbtq creators).
Just for fun, if you had the power to hire any female comics creators to do any book at DC…who would you bring aboard?
YOU ARE IN COMMAND!

Star Wars Omnibus Vol. 2: At War with the Empire TP, includes art by Adriana Melo
Sorry, this was left in my drafts and not queued!
DC has promised us more female creators on upcoming projects (minis? ongoings? who knows!), and I gots me some opinions of characters and book concepts I’d like to see and who I’d like to see doing them. And I want to read yours too! You can reblog this post, obviously, but it would probably be equally as useful if everyone would tag their posts “DCnU Ladyprojects”
So, in no particular order, here are some ladies I would like to see on certain projects (not necessarily together, but that would also be awesome):
