Cancel whatever plans you have, and hie ye hence to the Main Branch of the San Francisco Public Library for the 40th Anniversary retrospective of Wimmen’s Comix, the seminal all-women’s underground comix anthology!
The event is has been curated by Terre Richards and includes art from 25 cartoonists, including Trina Robbins, Terre Richards, Lee Marrs, Shelby Sampson, Becky Wilson, Sharon Rudahl, Michele Brand, Patti Moodian, Lee Binswanger and Nancy Husari
The exhibit will be on display until February 8, 2013. Hope I can make it out there myself!
