$I’m not going out tonight because I have a grown-up job to get to in the morning :( But here’s my Wonder Woman costume that I wore to a party hosted by the fine Davis Square establishment Comicazi about a week and a half ago. I won the women’s division of the costume contest! Ming Doyle was also there as a sexy Poison Ivy, wearing a costume made by Maris Wicks who was there as Black Canary, along with her boyfriend Joe Quinones who was Marty McFly (of Back to the Future, of course). Awesomely, all of these talented artists have previously drawn these characters, so here are those instead of photos: Erica Henderson and Kevin Church were also there, though not in costume if I recall correctly. So were Randall Trang and Neil Cicierega, who were in costume but my memory is terrible as to what they were /o\ (In my defense, Neil is in costume practically every time I see him) And I would have been thrilled to lose the costume contest to ComicsAlliance sartorialist Bethany Fong/Betty Felon’s Go-Go Yubari! Have I even mentioned how awesome Boston is for comics?$
