Considering how long ago you asked this question, you probably have plenty now! I have no hard and fast rule about that, I’ve featured webcomics that have just started, ones that have being going for years or have completed runs. Typically though, I will save newer webcomics for later, because I’ve had a couple submissions of “I just started a webcomic, feature it pls?” and I’ll go back months later and found it hasn’t been updated basically since that day.
